How much do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping is completely free of charge.
How long does shipping take?
Due to high demand, we have a processing time of 1-3 days. Once the order has been successfully recorded, we ship the product immediately and the shipping time is then 2-5 working days.
Where does Motemas deliver?
We deliver items exclusively within Germany, to Finland, Norway, Sweden and Great Britain.
Will I receive a shipping confirmation by email?
Yes, as soon as your ordered item is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
Can I track the delivery?
Yes, your shipping confirmation will include a tracking link that you can use to track your order.
I ordered two products, but only one arrived. What should I do now?

Returns
How do I return an item?
Every return must be announced in advance by e-mail. We require your order number to register your return. You will find this in your order confirmation.
Can I return an item?
Yes, the goods received can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging. The prerequisite for a return is undamaged original packaging and an unused and undamaged item.
Who bears the costs of the return shipment?
